This programmable list system, meant for long-term rehabilitative use, adaptively compensates for a specified amount of weight while allowing for free movement around a stall. Programmable or manually controllable, these systems consist of gantry arms that mount along the top to the stall and extend to fit the desired space, along with a hoist and rotation axis point that connects to the lifting harness. Both large and small animal lifts have previously been developed.
